Can you collect my printer?
It would be easier for you to come and visit our shop with your printer as sometimes your issue might be as simple as a paper jam which we can usually resovle within a few minutes. However, if you do require collection of your printer please contact us so we can arrange for pick up. *Please note that additional costs will apply.
When will my printer be ready?
We give a timeframe between 5-7 working days depending on how busy we are but you will always be kept in the loop!
What's the cost of a servicing?
These prices depend on the type or service, maintenance, part and model and make of your printer. You will be advised if there are any replacement costs BEFORE we fix your printer.
What if I don't collect my printer?
If you book a service with us and do not collect your printer, we will make attempts to get in contact with you. If our contacts are unsuccessful OR you simply do not collect your cartridge within 14 days we reserve the right to either dispose of your printer.
I need my printer fixed ASAP, can you help?
Please visit us in store or give us a call and we’ll do our best to get your printer up and running as soon as possible.
