Can I refill any cartridge?
Although you might wish to, unfortunetly not all cartridges are refillable. Give us a call and once of our friendly consultants will assist you.
Do you collect my cartridge?
Unfortunately we do not collect such small orders.
Please drop off you cartridge any time at our shop.
When will my refill be ready?
Unless otherwise advised, we usually have your refill ready in a about 15-30 minutes. So yes, definitely same day!
What's the cost of a refill?
Depending on the type of cartridge that you want to refill, costs will range from R80 upwards per refill.
What if I don't collect my cartridge?
If you book a refill with us and do not collect your cartridge, we will make attempts to get in contact with you. If our contacts are unsuccessful OR you simply do not collect your cartridge within 14 days we reserve the right to either dispose of your cartridge or resell it to make up for our refill costs.
How many times can a cartridge be refilled?
For inkjet cartridges we usually cap it at 3-5 refills. We will advise you upon inspection of the cartridge if it’s refillable or not.
How do you know if my cartridge has been refilled?
Every time we refill a cartridge, we mark it on the cartridge to ensure that we do not ‘over refill’ the cartridge
